I use this for catfish leaders and it works well for that. I have used up to 17 lb and caught up to 18 lb channel catfish in very rocky waters without any issues. Very strong and tough.

Качество флюрокарбоновой лески очень удивило. Из всех флюрокарбоновых лесок с алиэкспресс эта самая качественная. Размер соответствует описанию, леска круглая и ровная (диаметр одинаковый по длине), в отличии от большинства флюрокарбонвых лесок на али по сопоставимой цене. Брал на пробу за 280 руб с купоном. Буду брать еще.

This is my secret ingredient for trout fishing in clear waters. I’ve used other brands but this by far is the best. I was fishing at a high altitude lake and catching pan sized trout with a friend from the shore. I caught 6 in the first hour and released them all but my friend caught zero. We switched her setup exactly as mine except she wanted to use Maxima leader instead. The next hour I caught 5 rainbows while she still had nothing (exact same bait, weight, hook, location and main line, the only difference was leader brand. We switched her over to Berkeley Vanish leader and she caught 7 trout the next hour while I still caught 5. I’ve tested this with other people I am completely convinced this vanish leader is completely invisible under the water and will catch fish when no one else can. In fact on one of my trips to the same lake last summer, Once you find the right bait that the fish like and use this line as a leader, you will be guaranteed to catch fish. I do.

Good actual fluro. Have used this for years and have not had any issues. I fish in a lake with a lot of rocks and I’m this line holds up well. You can’t beat the price. You can spend a lot more for these other fluros the are suppose to be the very best. Yeah right. Give this line a try and you will not be disappointed.

I think people are still struggling with flourocarbon, expecting it to behave like mono. If you don't pay attention to what you are doing when you spool your line, you will have just purchased a rat's nest. Reel in your line slowly, taking out tangles as you go. Then, once you are finished, let the line out again (further than your casting distance) and reel it in slowly. This will eliminate almost all twist and you then enjoy the advantages of this line. I use it for finicky, educated trout and it fools them. The strength over mono is not even comparable, I think I have yet to break a line with a fish on. And the visibility is WAY less. Vanish is also the best value flouro out there. I really can't understand any of the bad reviews.
